Organic White Snow Buds
Hand plucked and fermented for a very short time. Leaves have a light green to light brown color with the back of the leaves having a silvery, shimmering color. Two leaves and a bud are plucked at altitude of about 3300 feet. The cup shimmers light green with a slight shade of champagne. The taste is spicy with mild, slightly fruity note, making it a special kind of treat. This tea has been produced in the southeast of the Chinise mountains for the last 100 years.
