Luxury Ingredients: Green tea from China
Pour 1qt of boiling water over 1 gal ice teabag. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove bag and squeeze to make sure concentrate is full strength. Dilute concentrate using 3/1 ratio. 3 qts of cold water to 1 gt of concentrate. Add sugar if required
Hint: do not over steep green tea. The longer the steep time the more bitter.
